The Service may change, evolve, or discontinue features at any time.
AI-Generated Content
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, offensive, or mistaken. Users should independently verify important information and should not rely on AI output for professional, medical, legal, financial, or emergency decisions.
Fictional Character Disclaimer
AI characters are fictional simulations for entertainment, storytelling, roleplay, and conversation. They are not real people and do not possess consciousness, emotions, beliefs, or awareness.
User Content and Ownership
Users are responsible for content they create, upload, publish, or submit through Verse.
Subject to these Terms, users retain ownership of their content. By submitting content, you grant Verse a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, host, process, display, distribute public content, operate platform features, and enforce policies to the extent necessary to provide the Service.

Subscriptions and Billing
Verse Ultra is available for $5 USD per week or $15 USD per month (monthly is preselected). A first-time Verse Ultra subscriber may receive a card-required 3-day trial. Unless you cancel before the next renewal, your plan automatically renews at the selected cadence after the trial and after each billing period.
Applicable taxes, local currency, and available payment methods are presented at Checkout. We may offer a time-limited introductory discount; eligibility and the discount shown at Checkout control.
Cancel Verse Ultra in the Verse billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid or trial period, and access remains available through that date. Plan changes are scheduled for the next renewal. We do not promise prorated refunds. Refunds, where available, are governed by Link's applicable policies and applicable law.
For Verse Ultra, Link is the merchant of record and Stripe provides payment infrastructure. Link handles transaction support, payment processing, tax, fraud, and disputes. Verse provides product and account support at support@verse-rp.com. Verse Ultra may be unavailable in locations not supported by Managed Payments.
Optional Buy Me a Coffee support is separate, voluntary, and does not provide Verse Ultra or any subscription benefits.
Third-Party Services and Availability
Verse relies on third-party providers and is not responsible for their outages or policies. The Service may be modified, interrupted, restricted, or discontinued at any time.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verse disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, security, and availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verse and related parties are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Verse's aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of amounts paid by you in the prior 12 months or $100 USD.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Verse and related parties from claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, law, or third-party rights.
Termination
You may stop using Verse at any time. Verse may suspend or terminate access if you violate Terms, create risk, legal obligations require action, or continued access may harm users, Verse, or third parties.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Verse's operating entity is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Severability and No Waiver
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
Changes to These Terms
Verse may update these Terms over time. Continued use after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
